Social Health

Humans are inherently social creatures, and social health plays a vital role in overall well-being. Strong social connections offer emotional support, reduce feelings of loneliness, and promote happiness.

Engaging with family, friends, and community groups builds social bonds and improves mental and physical health. Volunteering and participating in social activities can increase a sense of belonging and purpose.

Preventive Care

Prevention is the best approach to maintaining health. Regular health check-ups, screenings, and vaccinations help detect and prevent diseases early. Avoiding smoking, excessive alcohol consumption, and maintaining good hygiene are also essential.
